Rozex 0.75% Gel (manufactured by Galderma) is a targeted dermatological formulation indicated for the management of inflammatory papules, pustules, and erythema associated with acne rosacea. Powered by Metronidazole (0.75% w/w), a synthetic nitroimidazole derivative, it exerts multifaceted anti-inflammatory, free-radical scavenging, and antimicrobial actions against cutaneous microflora and Demodex mites. How to Use
