Moxal Plus Suspension is an oral antacid and carminative formulation engineered for the rapid, soothing relief of gastric hyperacidity, gastroesophageal reflux, heartburn, and gas-related bloating. It combines two nonsystemic neutralizers—Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide—with the defoaming surfactant Simethicone. The complementary mineral pairing achieves high acid-neutralizing capacity (ANC) while balancing transit dynamics (counteracting aluminium-induced constipation with magnesium-induced laxation). Simethicone disperses trapped micro-bubbles in the gastric mucosa, enabling easier eructation and accelerated pressure reduction, presented as a pleasant-tasting suspension in a 100 ml bottle.

How to Use
