How to Use

• Pull out approximately 40 to 50 cm of floss and cut it using the built-in blade.

• Wind most of the floss around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving 2 to 3 cm of taut floss between the index fingers and thumbs.

• Gently guide the floss between the teeth using a slight back-and-forth sawing motion; do not snap the floss forcefully into the gums.

• Curve the floss around the base of the tooth in a "C" shape and slide it gently up and down against the tooth surface, reaching slightly below the gumline.

• Repeat this motion on the adjacent tooth surface, then unwind a fresh section of floss for the next space.

• Use at least once daily, preferably before nighttime brushing.
