Tobrex Eye Drops – Antibiotic Eye Drops for Bacterial Infections
Tobrex Eye Drops contain the antibiotic Tobramycin and are used to treat bacterial eye infections such as conjunctivitis and blepharitis. Effective and safe for both adults and children.
What Are Tobrex Eye Drops?
Tobrex is a prescription antibiotic eye drop containing Tobramycin 0.3%, a broad-spectrum aminoglycoside antibiotic.
It is used to treat bacterial infections of the eye, including bacterial conjunctivitis, blepharitis, keratitis, and other infections caused by susceptible organisms.
Active Ingredient:
• Tobramycin 0.3% – A potent antibiotic that stops the growth of bacteria responsible for eye infections.
Indications for Use:
• Bacterial Conjunctivitis
• Blepharitis (inflammation of the eyelids)
• Keratitis (corneal infection)
• Post-surgical eye infections
• Pre/post-operative prophylactic use (as prescribed by a doctor)

Warnings & Precautions:

• Should not be used for more than 7 days without medical supervision.
• Long-term use may lead to secondary fungal infections.
• Remove contact lenses before application and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting.
• Use in children should be under medical advice.
