How to Use

1. Cold Application (Cryotherapy):

   • Freeze the gel pack for at least 2 hours prior to use.

   • Insert into the protective cloth cover and apply directly to the affected area for 15–20 minutes to reduce acute swelling and numb sharp pain.

2. Hot Application (Thermotherapy):

   • Microwave: Heat on low-to-medium power in short intervals as indicated in the product manual; check temperature carefully.

   • Hot Water: Immerse the pack in boiled water (removed from heat source) for approximately 4–8 minutes.

   • Always place inside the protective sleeve and apply for 15–20 minutes to release muscular tension and relieve deep aches.
